Have a question about mystery shopping? Looking for fresh ideas, proven strategies, or advice from experienced shoppers? Join us every Thursday evening for MSPA Premier Open Mic Nights—an engaging, interactive forum designed to help shoppers learn, connect, and grow.
Open Mic Nights bring together mystery shoppers from across the industry to share best practices, discuss real-world experiences, ask those burning questions, and learn from one another in a supportive, collaborative environment. Whether you're just getting started or have years of experience, you'll leave each session with practical tips you can put to work immediately.
Each session is moderated by Marguerite Turner and Laura Ricketts, with support from an outstanding panel of experienced MSPA Premier shoppers, including Melinda Jordan, Shahneese Williams, and our newest Premier shopper member, Eric Schenk.
There are no formal presentations—just honest conversations, practical advice, and direct access to shoppers who have been there and done that.
