Assignment Overview: Quick and Easy Shops! Step into the role of a potential customer and evaluate a world-famous Surf Shop. You’ll assess the facility, employee engagement, and overall shopping experience.

Available Times:

Weekend (Sat-Sun) before 5 PM during business hours.

Before You Go: Please read the client objectives before completing your visit. Your visit must last 20 minutes or longer (shorter visits are excluded automatically).

Scenario Requirements:

• Portray yourself as a genuine shopper
• Make a purchase of any item
• If no associate greets you within 5 minutes, ask for assistance
• Use the fitting room and request a different size
• Capture photos of the store exterior and your receipt.
