Shop Description:

BARE has partnered with a fine jewelry retailer to evaluate the customer experience based on a email inquiry. The evaluator will email the assigned location and inquire about the availability of a specific watch, evaluating the responses received based on knowledge and professionalism

Timings

You can make this email any day during the business hours as stated on the website.


Special requirements

Familiarize yourself with the Rolex brand and the specific watch assigned to you.

Be prepared to state who the purchase is for.

Do not inquire about pricing over the phone.

Ability to take notes during the call is necessary.


Scenario

You will be evaluating the response of the associate regarding the availability of the assigned Rolex watch. Take note of how long it takes for the associate to answer the phone, whether they introduce themselves and the store, and if they invite you to visit the location.

You must also obtain the name of the employee you spoke with during the call.

Keep your project manager updated on any issues with reaching the location or if you need to leave a message.

You must obtain the name of the employee you spoke with on the phone. Retain all materials/literature received for 90 days.

Your evaluator fee is specified in the above section.
