$200 | Mortgage Pre-Qualification Study 

We are recruiting for a research study on mortgage and home loan applications.

As part of the study, you will apply for a loan and go through the pre-qualification process—but you will not be required to take out a mortgage. You choose from a list of well-known financial institutions listed here.

The application process will be conducted online using a computer and smartphone (preferably an iPhone), and it will typically take 30-45 minutes. Then, you will share bank communications for 7 days.

You will receive a $200 incentive for successfully completing the application and sharing the follow-up communications.

Participants whose applications are denied will receive a $50 incentive after completing a brief survey.
