$25 Pest Control Current Customer Calls
This assignment is for evaluators who ARE current customers of Orkin only. When applying, please add a note stating that you are a current customer. This is a Recorded Call shop. You will call through your shop survey.
***You can only be scheduled for ONE shop.
You will call the assigned location to ask about a billing question or to request a re-spray. Be prepared to provide your account number.
You MUST be prepared to provide a name, address, and phone number for this shop. You must use your real account information. You will also need to ask questions regarding your home/property size. Please keep this information as accurate as possible to your actual situation to maintain believability.
The evaluator should have a believable story.
Please be sure that you can provide a local address for the area that you are assigned within 20 miles.
The client is evaluating the overall customer experience at their customer service centers. They
would like to understand the following service components such as availability, responsiveness, telephone etiquette, tone, and empathy.
Do not call 30 minutes after open, or 30 minutes before close.
Please ask for the associate's name if you are not given one.
