Assignment Details: 

• Inquiry of various kitchen appliances.
• Please look above for all available locations!

Available Times:

• Check location specific information.
• Confirm when location is to be shopped and if a specific person(s) to attempt to interact with (if any).

Before You Go:

• Thoroughly review these guidelines and the survey, so you are aware of what the client is requesting for this shop.
• Please call the location on the day of your visit to verify the store hours for that day.

Requirements:

• There are different scenarios for this shop. Your assigned scenario can be found below and in the email comments in your shop log in ISS.
• If an incorrect scenario is performed, your shop will not be valid.
• You will act as if you are remodeling or need new appliances. Your assigned scenario will specify if you are to state remodeling or that you need new appliances.
• You must be able to portray yourself as a well-informed/high-end shopper, who can purchase the appliances sold at this retailer.
• You will be prepared to provide your personal contact information such as phone number, email address, residence address (in proximity to the dealer location you will be visiting).
• No purchases will be made during the visit. Inquiry ONLY!
• No credit applications will be completed during the visit.
• The report is due within 12 hours of completing the visit.

Photos Required: 

• Photo of the store exterior. Please take this photo after departing the location.
• Sales associate’s business card.
• All written quotes you received from the sales associate.
• **Retain all materials/literature received for 90 days.
