CLIENT OUTLINE FOR BUNDLE OF TWO EVALUATIONS IN ONE:

You will be evaluating the teller and the look of the facility in one visit. Once at the location, please be sure to do each visit separately. For example, first, go to the teller and complete that part of your assignment. Meanwhile, keep an eye on everything around you so that you may be able to answer all of the questions for the facilities part of your assignment. You will receive 2 shop forms with 2 sets of shop descriptions, and both need to be completed properly to be accepted by the client.

CLIENT OUTLINE FOR TELLER EVALUATION:

For this shop, the client requires you to evaluate one of the tellers. You will be observing the customer service skills, demeanor toward clients, and overall helpfulness of the teller during your interaction.

Be sure to be prepared to say that you have an address in the same city that the location is in as you cannot have an account without living in the area and they will sometimes not give you further info.
