$375 and $500 Senior Living Community Assignments (Massachusetts)

Consultants for Long Term Care, Inc. (CLTC) is seeking experienced shoppers to complete numerous upscale senior living community mystery shops in these locations:

Connecticut: Avon, Brookfield, East Haven, Fairfield, Hamden, Meriden, Middletown, Milford, Mystic, Niantic, Ridgefield, Rocky Hill, Shelton, South Windsor, Stamford, Trumbull, Waterbury, West Redding, Woodbridge

Massachusetts: Acton, Agawam, Billerica, Brighton, Centerville, Chelmsford, Danvers, Danvers, Framingham, Franklin, Hanover, Haverhill, Leominster, Lincoln, Mansfield, Marlborough, Newton, Newton Centre, North Andover, North Attleborough, North Chelmsford, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Shrewsbury, Walpole, Waltham, Wilbraham, Woburn, Worcester

Maine: Yarmouth

New Hampshire: Bedford, Bedford, Concord, Nashua, Rye, Salem

The typical shop scenario is seeking accommodations for a family member age 75+ who needs basic assistance (dressing, bathing, etc.), meals, transportation, and socialization. The scenario may include that your elderly loved one suffers from moderate dementia and/or requires some health care. The shopper poses as an age-appropriate adult child, although occasionally, other circumstances may be plausible.

Most assignments require evaluating three assigned communities that are close to each other (one from the list above plus two local competitors not listed here) although there are some two and four locations assignments. The assigned shopper will call and tour each assigned community and complete separate online questionnaires. Each location pays $125, so if you are selected and complete a two-location assignment, you will be paid a total of $250; for completing a three-location assignment, you will be paid a total of $375; and for a four-location assignment, you will be paid a total of $500.  Shoppers who follow directions and show excellence in their work will be eligible for multiple assignments!

Assignments can only be completed M-F between 9 am-5 pm. Must have basic computer skills and the ability to scan documents, saving as a PDF, and upload them to an online questionnaire. Payment is made via PayPal (unless you request a mailed check) within 2 weeks of completing all requirements by the due date.
