$40 Luxury Timepiece Evaluations

We have a new evaluation opportunity focused on the in-person customer experience with a Sales Advisor for a luxury watch inquiry.

What You’ll Do:

• There is no purchase, and the project fee is $40 + up to $20 reimbursement for parking.
• Evaluators will make a pre-visit inquiry and schedule an appointment online or by phone (check the shop information for the preferred method) before visiting the boutique to evaluate the overall customer experience.
• During your visit, you will assess how the Sales Advisor engages, demonstrates watches, and guides the customer experience. 

Key Details:

• Appointment Booking: Use the method specified in the shop information (online or phone). Confirm that an appointment is scheduled before visiting.
• Visit Window: During normal business hours; avoid 30 minutes after opening or 1 hour before closing.
• Reimbursable Fees: Parking is reimbursable up to $20 with parking receipt.
• Photos to Upload:
  • Exterior of location
  • Business card
  • Parking receipt
  • Initial inquiry message
  • Response from boutique
  • Any follow-up messages received within 24 hours.
