Assignment Details: You are an average consumer with no experience with or knowledge of ATVs. You are looking for an ATV options for a youth aged 13–15-year child or grandchild. The objective is to find out what model ATV a salesperson will recommend or offer to sell for use for your 13–15-year-old child or grandchild. You will also monitor the salesperson level of knowledge, sales strategies, and overall level of customer service.

Day and Time: This visit can only be performed during the dealership open hours. It cannot be performed during the first open hour or the last hour before closing time.

Project Briefing: The opportunity requires a pre-visit phone call to the dealership to verify the location address and the location open hours.

If you cannot verify the dealership is open and operating at the address indicated in the report form, do not proceed with visiting the location.

The client expects detailed information regarding the interaction and detailed information regarding the year, make, and model of each offered or recommended ATV for use by a 13-year-old child.

Requirements:

• Visit the assigned location during store hours (check the store’s website for timings).
• Ask an ATV salesperson for recommendations for a 13–15-year-old child or grandchild.
• Observe whether safety hand tags are visible on each ATV.
• Note the year, make, and model of any ATV recommended
• Listen for any safety advice provided by the salesperson
