Inquiry Only Shop

You will visit the specific location and ask the following question: “What’s the best way to keep green algae under control?”

After the question has been asked, you then continue the conversation with the associate taking note of any products offered and any specific steps the associates suggest during the interaction. 

Water Test Shop

Bring along a water sample from your tap or pool/spa.   

Observe the exterior of the promotional signage on the doors and windows and note the overall cleanliness.

If you are assigned the water test scenario, you MUST upload the water test print out the associate gives you.

Payment:  $30 water test/$20 Inquiry shopper fee 

GIFT CARD:  Complete 1 shop, earn 1 entry, complete 2 or more, earn double entries.  Refer a friend who completes a shop, you will get 2 entries, and they will get 1.

Project Briefing: After being assigned the shop and before completing, please be sure to review the detailed client objectives to ensure a smooth mystery visit.

Requirements:

• Obtain the name of the associate
• Take a photo of the exterior of the location after interacting with the associate.
