To complete the assignment, you would need to contact the school today—either by phone or through an online inquiry form—to schedule a school tour.

We would like to announce that International School Partnership has collaborated with us for a mystery visit program whereby we will send the evaluator as a mystery shopper to conduct an assessment of their school as well as the competitor schools.

OBJECTIVE:

• To evaluate the customer experience journey and the service performance of the staff while responding to the inquiries made throughout the evaluation process.
  To assess the Online, Phone Call and Tour services provided by the school as well as the condition of the infrastructure available on the school premises.

SCENARIO:

• Visit the school's website prior to completing your visit (note down overall experience while conducting research)
• Initiate an inquiry by connecting to the school via phone call and through online inquiry, if instructed by the school, and ask various questions to know more about the school. (note down time taken for call to be answered and time taken for response to be made for online inquiry)
• You need to inquire about child entering to 8th grade and you do not need a child to participate to evaluate the school. Client request evaluator to portray themselves as parent or grandparent of child. Assess the overall call experience by the staff when called to respond to the initial inquiry made (through phone). (Take note of the overall service and response made by the staff regarding your inquiry)
• After making an appointment with the school, conduct the visit to the school and assess the tour service provided by the staff of the school premises. Ask several questions about the school to inquire more about them from the staff. (Take note of the overall tour experience and write down the response for your inquiries given by the staff throughout the tour)
• Assess the infrastructure of the school (e.g. Library, Auditorium, Art Studio, etc.) and make observations of the cleanliness, quality, safety features and equipment/resource maintenance for each infrastructure available at the school. (Take note of all infrastructure condition and responses given by staff throughout the tour)

PROOF OF VISIT:

• School Entrance photo with time stamp
• Facility photos (Library, Science Lab, etc.) if permitted by the school
• Brochure/Pamphlet Photo
