Payment: $75

Assignment Details: Evaluators will gain access to the lounge by showing their Chase Sapphire Reserve card, entering the lounge, and evaluating the experience and customer service while enjoying the available amenities.

Day and time: Anytime the lounge is open.

Project briefing: Carefully read the entire document BEFORE your visit! It provides instructions and photos designed for a smooth mystery visit.

Requirements:

Valid Departure Airline Ticket, departing from AUS*

Access the lounge within three hours of your departure time**

Required: Must be a Chase Sapphire Reserve cardholder

Photos are required during your experience

NOTES:
*Arrival-only travelers are not eligible. Travel must be booked for a flight departing Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

**Departing flight must be during a time when the lounge is open. Early morning flights are not eligible as the lounge does not open until 10 am.
