Shop Description

Enjoy fine jewelry and luxury watches? Visit a luxury store, explore exquisite timepieces, and earn while completing an evaluation!

Shop Timing

• The shop may be completed on any day the business is open.
• Please avoid visiting during the first hour after opening or the last hour before closing.

Special Requirements

• Be prepared to provide a valid name, phone number, and email address if requested by the associate.
• Please use a name that has not been used in any previous evaluations.

Visit Scenario

You may select any watch type from the report/survey form.

The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the in-store customer experience. During your visit:

• Interact naturally with a sales associate and express genuine interest in a specific Rolex watch model.
• Ask relevant questions and evaluate the associate’s professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail.
• You must try on a watch during the visit.
• Obtain the associate’s business card.
• Accept any additional materials or collateral offered, such as a catalog or brochure.

After completing the shop, monitor your email, phone, or other communication channels for any follow-up from the associate for up to two days.

Proof of Shop

Please:

• Upload clear photos of the business card and any materials received during your visit, such as a catalog or brochure.
• Retain all received materials for 90 days.
• Upload screenshots of any follow-up communications received within two days of your visit.

Estimated Time Required

• Preparation: Approximately 40 minutes to review the guidelines and survey form.
• Visit: Approximately 30–40 minutes.

Payment

Payment for completed shops will be processed monthly.
