$75 Luxury Retail Store Visit

Watch Inquiry Opportunities

We have a new evaluation opportunity focused on the in-person customer experience with a Sales Advisor for a luxury watch inquiry.

What You’ll Do:

• There is no purchase, and the project fee is $75.
• Evaluators will make a pre-visit inquiry and schedule an appointment online or by phone (check the shop information for the preferred method) before visiting the boutique to evaluate the overall customer experience.
• During your visit, you will assess how the Sales Advisor engages, demonstrates watches, and guides the customer experience. 

You must be comfortable presenting yourself as someone with the means to afford a luxury jewelry piece. If assigned, you will be inquiring about a specific watch type, which will be defined for you.

Assignment Details:

• In-Person Inquiry ($75): You will evaluate the customer service experience and Rolex presentation in person in Albany, NY.

Day and Time: Anytime the store is open. Please visit the store website for details.
