These lounges are located behind security. To qualify, you must be a ticketed passenger.  

💵 Compensation: 

• Up to $70 reimbursement for your lounge access and required purchase 

• $30 shopper pay for successfully completing your mystery shop 

Scenario Requirements: 

• You are a traveler spending time at the airport 

• You must have food and drink during your lounge visit 

• Provide feedback on the overall service, not individual staff members 

• Hosts refer to any staff member, whether at the entrance or inside the lounge 

Photos Required (Upload as PDFs): 

• Entrance to the lounge 

• Receipt for lounge entry (if applicable) 

• Food displays 

• Any areas that appear unclean or untidy
