Airport Parking - Asst./Operation Manager

THESE ARE PRE-SECURITY QUICKY SHOPS for Parking Assistant/Operations Mgr. at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You will evaluate the services provided by the manager. They are located inside the parking lots/decks of the airport transportation areas. REVIEW GUIDELINES PRIOR TO CONDUCTING THESE SHOPS for additional information and photos.

The shopper is to interact with the Assistant/Operations Manager by using a scenario that has been provided on the question form or coming up with their own. The CSR will try to resolve the issue, but the shopper MUST speak with the manager of this shop. These employees are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of a location, ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to the company policies and procedures, and fostering good client relations.

Photo required to be time/date stamped on the front. You can use the Timestamper or Autostamper apps.  Review guidelines before completing the shop and for uniforms to ensure you shop for the correct airport personnel. These reps are not located in the baggage claim area. The times the shops are to be conducted are in the shop name. Other airport mystery shops may also be available.
