Airport Parking - Cashier

This document outlines the guidelines for conducting pre-security mystery shops for parking booth cashiers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. You will assess the services provided by the cashiers located in the following areas:

- Park Ride Domestic - South Daily Deck - North Daily Deck - International Terminal Hourly Parking Deck - International Terminal Park Ride Deck - North Economy Parking Lot

As a shopper, you are to interact with the booth cashiers in the specified locations. These employees are responsible for the following tasks:

- Understanding and adhering to the company’s cash control and information security policies and procedures.

- Accurately calculating parking fees.

- Processing cash, credit cards, and validation transactions according to company guidelines.

- Completing the necessary documentation for all exception transactions.

- Making change and issuing receipts to customers upon transaction completion.

- Reporting and resolving customer complaints independently or with the assistance of supervisors.

- Presenting themselves in professional attire and maintaining a professional demeanor.

- Providing excellent customer service.

- Informing the supervisor of any equipment concerns or malfunctions.

- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all areas of the parking facilities, including major roadways, interstates, landmarks, airline locations, cashier booths, and lost and found for customer assistance.

A photo is required to be time/date stamped on the front. You can use the Timestamper or Autostamper apps for this purpose. Review the guidelines before completing the shop, especially regarding uniforms, to ensure you are assessing the correct airport personnel. Please note that these representatives are not located in the baggage claim area. The times for conducting the shops are specified in the shop names.
