AVTA Public Transit is Looking for Mystery Riders

We are looking for people to evaluate the quality of the service provided by AVTA to its riding 

public including rider experience, fare collection, and operator conduct. You will be required to 

ride the AVTA bus route (ONE WAY ONLY) and evaluate the operator for driving, customer 

service, stop/intersection announcements, and driving skills.
