Baltimore, MD: $30 Money Service Shop
Thank you for accepting this shop! Here are some friendly reminders before you complete the shop:
Each location has a stickie note to tell you the service and country to send to, as well as the name to use as the receiver. Stickies must be checked before completing the visit.
If the Agent asks you to call Western Union to cancel/obtain your refund, be sure to do it onsite right then. They will give you a new MTCN at that time to give to the Agent for your refund.
Please be sure find the location on the WU or Vigo Website. Then call ahead and confirm hours of operation and that services are up and running. You will need a picture of your CALL LOG. Please visit the location before the last 2 hours it is open.
Please note we need TOP, MIDDLE AND BOTTOM PHOTOS OF THE TRANSACTION RECEIPT and PDS. All receipt and PDS photos need to be taken BEFORE you go back to cancel. They may not give the receipts back to you after you cancel.
Here are some additional tips:
~ The money send amount is $50. Please have $60 in cash with you to cover the send and any transaction fees.
~If you do not get a full refund when you cancel, please note the amount owed to you in the report. BARE will refund you with the payment of your shop.
~The client requires the report to be submitted the same day the shop is completed.
~ BE SURE TO CHECK THAT THE MONEY IS BEING SENT TO THE CORRECT COUNTRY AND THE CORRECT SERVICE IS BEING USED BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR TRANSACTION!
~Please pay close attention to what the Agent does with the money and the PDS when you pay. Payment is not considered received until the Agent puts the money in the drawer. The Agent may set aside the money and not place it in the drawer right away. Please watch for this and explain in the narrative exactly when the money is put in the drawer. Also- If the Agent reviews/explains the PDS to you OR manually hands it to you, it is considered as physically receiving the PDS. The PDS can be showed to you on a screen, as well.
~ Please go back to the counter to cancel the transaction within 30 minutes to receive your refund. If the agent does not cancel for you, please explain this in the report and we will refund you with the payment of the shop.

~Lastly, don’t forget to take a PICTURE OF THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING with the location name before you leave. Also, we need a close-up picture of WU/Vigo/Orlandi Valuta signage on the FRONT DOOR. If there is no signage, we still need a photo of the front door showing no signage.
