Help evaluate the sales experience at a local Farm/Construction Equipment Dealership!

Quick Details

• Goal: You will be visiting a designated farm/construction equipment dealership to inquire about a designated make/model
• When: Monday - Saturday at least 2 hours before closing time. (Some locations may not be open on Saturday)
• Scenario: You will be given a scenario to use once assigned the shop which will be listed on your shop information. It will include the make/model of the piece of equipment and tips for the conversation for you to help with he shop.

 Key Requirements

• Call First: Contact the dealership in advance to confirm their address and operating hour and make sure the location will be open when you plan to go. (Some locations may not be open on Saturday)
•  Get a Name: You must get the name of the salesperson who assists you and their business card!!
• Photos Needed: Take a clear geotagged photo of the location exterior and the salesperson's business card.
