Brockton Transit is Looking for Mystery Riders

We are looking for people to evaluate the quality of the service provided by BAT to its riding public to include rider

experience, fare collection and Operator conduct. You will be required to ride a BAT bus route (ONE WAY ONLY) and

evaluating the operator for driving, customer service, stops/intersection announcements and driving skills. Persons with

disabilities are welcome to participate in these shops.
