Central Ohio Mystery Rider

We are looking for people to evaluate the quality of the service provided by COTA BUS and its 

riding public, including rider experience, ADA compliance, fare collection, and Operator 

conduct. You must ride a COTA bus route (ONE WAY ONLY) and evaluate the operator for 

driving, customer service, stop/intersection announcements, and driving skills. Persons with 

disabilities are welcome to participate in these shops.
