Explore shops, grab a coffee, enjoy the buzz of travel, and help improve customer service — all while getting reimbursed for required purchases and parking. It’s like people-watching meets secret agent, with a paycheck.  

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team of mystery shoppers at CVG.As a mystery shopper, you'll evaluate 9–14 assigned concession, bus, and taxi locations per visit. 

Responsibilities: 

• Visit assigned concessions, transportation hubs, and service areas at CVG. 

• Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, and the overall guest experience. 

• Submit detailed online reports within 48 hours of each shop. 

💰 Compensation & Perks: 

• $15.00 shopper pay per location 

• Full reimbursement for all required purchases 

• Parking expenses fully covered 

• Opportunity for consistent, ongoing assignments after badging 

🛂 Requirements: 

• Flexible availability on varying days and times 

• Ability to obtain a CVG security badge (post-security access required) 

• Must pass a background check and fingerprinting
