Hi Shoppers!

**Please note -- these locations are located behind security at airports. You must either be a ticketed passenger or already have post-security access in order to qualify. 

Shops available at BDL, GSP, PVD, CVG, OAK, PBI, and. SMF

You will be reimbursed up to $60 for your required purchase PLUS you will receive a $30 shopper pay! 

MISSION:

Your mission is to visit an airport Lounge and provide feedback on the service you received.

SCENARIO:

*You are spending time in the airport before taking a departing flight.

*You must have food and drink for this evaluation.

STEPS:

*Head to the Lounge and arrange access to the lounge where you are mystery shopping.

*You must have food and drink in the airport lounge.

*Hosts are the lounge staff. When the survey asks questions about the hosts, this is referring to anyone who is working in the lounge whether it be at the entrance or in the lounge itself.

When providing feedback in your mystery shop survey, please do not provide staff names or descriptions of staff members as your experience reflects the overall lounge, not about a specific employee.

PHOTOS REQUIRED: ALL PHOTOS MUST BE UPLOADED AS PDF FILES.

*Photo of the entrance to the lounge.

*Photo of entrance receipt if applicable

*Photos of the food displays

*Photos of anything that looked unclean/untidy

You must thoroughly review all guidelines AND the shop report prior to your visit to ensure that you are fully prepared to make all required observations.
