Monthly customer service based retail audit of a specialty grocery store. Audit areas include: exterior condition, interior condition, customer service interaction in wine/beer section, cashier interaction and tobacco compliance test. A purchase of your choice from the grocery, wine/beer or prepared food areas is required and is made at your own expense. Each shop pays a flat fee of $20.
