Durham Needs Mystery Riders

"We are looking for people to evaluate the quality of the service GoDurham provides to its riding 

public including rider experience, ADA compliance, fare collection, and operator conduct. You will 

be required to ride the GoDurham bus route (ONE WAY ONLY) and evaluate the operator for 

driving, customer service, stop/intersection announcements, and driving skills. People with 

disabilities are welcome to participate in these shops. "
