Our client is interested in receiving detailed observations of integrity practices including cash handling, ringing of sales, presentation of checks/receipts, liquor pour consistency, upselling, and tip handling.

2 shop types available:

two-person shop that must be completed on a Friday or Saturday. (Bringing a guest is mandatory!)

one-person shop that must be completed Sunday - Thursday.
