Food + Drinks Shop in San Francisco

Feeling the need for a night out?  Be reimbursed for drinks and an appetizer at a local bar by providing observations of the hotel staff's sales process and cash handling practices.    

Our client is interested in receiving detailed observations of integrity practices including cash handling, ringing of sales, presentation of checks/receipts, liquor pour consistency, upselling, and tip handling.

This is a 2-person shop and must be completed on a Friday or Saturday in February. Bringing a guest is mandatory!
