ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE MYSTERY SHOPS - $48.00 – you must qualify as indicated below.

Service Performance Group is looking for shoppers to participate in a semi-annual roadside assistance Mystery Shop program.  You can do this shop any day/time and place – even in your own drive way.  Currently we are looking for shoppers who qualify as follows:

Shoppers who own late model cars and still have warranty protection as follows:  Accura, Audi, Buick, Chrysler, Chevrolet, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, GMC, Infiniti, Honda, Hyundai/Genesis Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mazda, Mini Cooper, Lexus, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Porsche, Ram, Subaru, Toyota/Scion/Prius, Volkswagen.

Shoppers who belong to the following auto clubs:  AARP Roadside Assistance, Allstate Auto Club, Consumer Cellular, Signature, BP, Paragon, AT&T, or Verizon Roadside Assistance.

Shoppers will request roadside assistance either by phone or by phone app. and evaluate the overall service, timeliness and professionalism of the providers.  The shop itself is very easy with little narrative.  You will be required to call in and ask for assistance for either a dead battery or a lock out. 

Shoppers can register with us and find shops on our Sassie site: www.sassieshop.com/2serviceperformance but if you have trouble finding a shop location near you or just want us to assign a shop to you, email  michelle@spgweb.com  with your name and nearest city and state and let us know your car model.  Be sure to register with us first if not already registered.
