Get paid $200 for a Personal Credit Card Mystery Shop

Curinos is currently recruiting mystery shoppers for a new Credit Card Account Opening market research study!

Shoppers who are selected will be compensated $200 for participation in this mystery shop.

In this study, mystery shoppers will apply for a new credit card account with one of our brands. These credit card account opening journeys will be completed from initial application to post-activation engagement via mobile web and mobile app platforms. The end-to-end credit card account opening process will be recorded via screenshare during a conference call with a Curinos researcher, and shoppers will need to capture all communications via screenshots.

To be eligible for participation in this credit card account opening study, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be new-to-brand (i.e., not have a previous or current relationship) for the chosen product, if required.
2. A smartphone is required (iPhone strongly preferred).
3. A personal annual income of at least $45,000.
4. An Experian credit score of 760 or higher.
5. No delinquency, default, or IRS backup withholding on the account.
6. Be prepared to have your personal information visible on the screen while being recorded. It will be redacted and not saved in any way for the study.
7. Install the Microsoft Teams Mobile App and Banking App on your iPhone

**BECU, PNC, SoFi, and Twinstar Credit Union require that you are already an existing customer before applying for a new personal credit card. All other brands will require you to be new-to-brand to be eligible for this mystery shop.
