Get paid $300 for a Small Business Owners Mystery Shop

Curinos is currently recruiting small business owners for a new Small Business Checking Account Opening market research study!

Mystery shoppers who are selected will be compensated $300 for participation in this study. Shoppers whose application are denied will receive a $50 incentive after completing a brief survey.

In this study, mystery shoppers will open a new small business checking account with one of our brands. These small business checking account opening journeys must be completed from the initial application to post-activation engagement. The end-to-end small business checking account opening process will be recorded via screenshare during a conference call with a Curinos researcher.

To be eligible for participation in this small business checking account opening study, you must meet the following requirements:

1. Be a small business owner.
2. A smartphone is required (iPhone strongly preferred).
3. Must be new-to-brand for the chosen financial institution* and live within 25 miles to the chosen branch
4. Must have Articles of Organization (if registered as an LLC)
5. Be willing to fund the new small business checking account upon account approval via a $1-$100 transfer.
6. Be willing to attend a follow-up check-in with a Curinos researcher to activate the new small business checking debit card.
7. Be willing to upload personal and business-related documentation (i.e., bank statements, ID uploads, pay stubs, etc.) when opening the small business checking account, if required.
8. No delinquency, default, or IRS backup withholding on the account.
9. Be prepared to have your personal information visible on the screen while being recorded. It will be redacted and not saved in any way for the study.
10. Install the Microsoft Teams Mobile App and Banking App on your iPhone.
