CLIENT REQUIRED DETAILS:

• There are two different types of surveys, the "Home Center/ Lumber yard" and the "Hardware" visits.
• The available scenarios are listed at the top of each survey under the “Store Environment” section.
• Only one scenario needs to be conducted at each location.
• Don’t offer up too much information. Be clear with what your “scenario” is, but you’ll want to give the                  associate the opportunity to ask probing questions in an effort to determine your needs and make                  recommendations.
• Pay close attention to this interaction. You’ll need to remember what questions they asked and what                 recommendations they made.
