1. You must make a small purchase inside the location. You will be reimbursed up to $2.00.
2. Your Evaluation will cover the following 3 areas: Fueling Lane, Restroom, Register/Purchases
3. There are only a few questions to this survey!
4. Required images: Receipt, Curb Appeal and any negative issues of the restroom and fueling lane.
5. The items below should not be purchased and will NOT be reimbursed.
