Shop from the comfort of your home. You must shop from a single-family house (or mobile home). Apartments, condos, townhomes, and commercial properties are not permitted. If asked whether you own the home, you simply say yes.

You DO NOT have to have any kind of pest or bug problem! You can fake it. Call and ask for a technician to come out to your home to provide a quote on termite prevention, pest control, and mosquito control. 

Most companies will require an in-home visit or inspection. If they offer to provide a quote without visiting your home, you must push back and insist on an in-person quote. You can say you had another company in the past provide a quote, but when they arrived to do the job, they increased the price and you would feel more comfortable speaking face-to-face.
