Turn an Oklahoma City Thunder game day into a paid field assignment! BARE International is seeking detail-oriented auditors to visit Paycom Center as a regular guest, evaluate service interactions across the venue, and submit clear, accurate reports that help strengthen the fan experience.

Why This Assignment Stands Out:

• Contribute directly to improved guest service and memorable fan experiences.
• Receive reimbursement for approved dining, bar, and retail purchases with valid receipts.; retail reimbursement is capped at $50 per interaction.
• $100 pay for the day + reimbursements.

What You’ll Do:

• Attend assigned Thunder event and arrive about 90 minutes before game time.
• Act as a typical guest while evaluating interactions with concessions, restaurants, retail, ushers, security, guest relations, housekeeping, parking, fan services, and other pre-planned areas.
• Ask role-specific questions and assess courtesy, listening, initiative, connection, knowledge, appearance, stage presence, and overall guest care.
• Record accurate times, wait times, employee names or descriptions, locations, purchase details, and observations.
• Upload required receipts and a departure photo of the stadium, then submit all surveys within 24 hours.

What You’ll Bring:

• Excellent observation, note-taking, and narrative-writing skills.
• Strong reliability: event dates are fixed and have no make-up dates.
• A fully charged smartphone with access to mobile tickets, the Thunder app, notes, photos, and iSecretShop.
• A credit or debit card for approved reimbursable purchases.
• Comfort navigating a busy stadium and completing multiple time-sensitive interactions during the game. rather than watching the game.
• Discretion and integrity; reports must reflect your actual experience and original observations.

Opportunity Details:

• Location: Paycom Center, Oklahoma City
• Schedule: Client-selected Thunder event dates; assignments and tickets are emailed in advance.
• Reporting deadline: Within 24 hours of the event.
• Important: This project will require substantial walking.  All will take place during gametime so you will not be able to actively watch the game.
