Scenario

You can select any watch type from the report/survey form.

The purpose of this visit is to evaluate the in-store customer experience. During your visit, interact naturally with an associate and express a genuine interest in a specific Rolex watch model. You must try on a watch and observe the associate's professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail. Obtain a business card and accept any collateral offered.

After the shop, monitor for any follow-up communication from the associate for up to two days.

Proof of Shop

Please upload photos of the business card and any materials received during your visit (such as a catalog) and retain them for 90 days.

Upload any screenshots of follow-up communications if received within two days of your visit.
