In-Store Experience Evaluation without Purchase

Discover these new high-end luxury retail visits! Immerse yourself in a world of exclusive luxury. We are looking for Independent Evaluators that enjoy high end luxury retail brands! 

For these assignments, we are conducting mystery visits to assess the quality of service offered to their clients. You will take note of various aspects of the experience, including the sales advisor’s approach, needs analysis, trying on the items, recommendations/ offers, & follow-ups after the visit, if any. You will assess either a leathergoods or ready-to-wear item which will be noted by the scheduler. 

No purchase is required.

Requirements:

• Well-groomed appearance and an eye for detail.
• Sufficient time for personal consultation and completion of the mission; at MINIMUM 20 minutes on-site. 
• Visit at least 30 minutes after open and no later than one hour before closing.
• At least 30 years old.

Project Fee: $40
