Assignment Overview

In-store visit requires interaction with associates in ALL departments:
Bakery, Deli, Dairy, Meats, Produce, General Grocery, Natural Foods/GM (if available), and Customer Service/Video

Ask a question in each department and evaluate service provided

If no associate is present, return after ~5 minutes

Evaluation Focus

Associate availability and engagement

Helpfulness, professionalism, and consistency

Checkout interaction and wait time

Payment

Assignment Fee: $15

Reimbursement: Up to $20.00 (purchase required)

Proof & Reporting

2–3 in-store photos

Photos for any negative service observations

Upload a clear receipt

Submit report within 24 hours
