1-night hotel stayover audit, can bring 1 adult guest. Reimbursement includes the hotel expenses, parking at the hotel if needed and breakfast grab and go expenses. You will be evaluating the customer service of the hotel.  

During this assignment, you will be secretly testing the customer service of different departments within the hotel.  You will be interacting with the Door Staff, Front Desk Associates, Bell Staff, Service Request Problem Resolution Staff, Grab & Go Food Staff, Security Staff and general observations of the hotel condition and customer service. 

The report is a web-based check off form containing various Yes/No questions pertaining to each department.  Each reporting section also contains an area for you to provide additional comments about your experience.  

You will evaluate the hotel, fill out the report form online, and electronically submit it by 8:00 AM EST the day following your check out from the hotel.

The cost of the guest room, grab & go expenses within ordering guidelines, and parking for 1 vehicle are charged to your personal credit card.  Upon receipt of your completed, accurate report the hotel will issue a credit for the charges mentioned above to your card within 10-15 business days.
