North Carolina - Apartment Community Shops

Apartment Community Shops | Must be at least 30 years old!

Our client would like you to go online or call for an appointment to visit your assigned location. 

You will go on a tour with a leasing agent. You will need to visit at least TWO homes while at the community. 

You are NOT required to apply for the rental. 

Expect the visit to take 45 minutes to one hour. 

You must give your real email and phone number and wait for a text or email from the leasing agent.

SHOP DATE: 

You can let us know what date you would like to complete the shop. 

Once you set your appointment, you will need to enter the date and time of your appointment in your shop report and SAVE.

PAY: 

The client pays $35. No purchase required.

LIMIT: 

The client has limited this to no more than TWO shops per shopper for this round. 

If you have never completed a shop for this client at Confero before, you will be assigned ONE to start. 

At it has been reviewed, you may pick up your second shop at a different location.
