North Carolina - New Car Inquiry Shop

Our client would like you to inquire about purchasing a new car! You do NOT need to be in the market for a new car! NO PURCHASE REQUIRED - THIS IS ONLY AN INQUIRY TO AUDIT LOCATION! 

DAYS TO CONDUCT: any open

TIMES TO CONDUCT: Any, but not within one hour of close

SHOP PAY: client pays $20 for complete, on time report

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:

- You will visit and interact with a sales associate about a new car. The visits will take 20 - 30 minutes. 

- You will NOT go for a test drive

- You will provide a fake name and NOT provide your address or SS# if asked. If asked, you will provide a real email OR real phone number. This is to see if they follow up within 24 hours. 

- Children are not permitted on this shop.

- Our client asks that at NO TIME announce you are conducting a mystery shop.  Thank you!
