Office Space Evaluations Available

BARE International is scheduling opportunities for a new client that involve evaluating co-working and office space rentals.   Obtain pricing, evaluate staff and offerings. 

Must be comfortable playing the scenario of an employee at a small start-up looking for office space for a business that is expected to grow in the next 6 months. 

DETAILS:

•             Initiate contact with the scheduled location by phone or online, as specified within the shop details once scheduled.

•             Speak with the staff member to begin your inquiry and while doing so schedule an appointment to visit the location.

•             Visit the location at the scheduled appointment time to tour the office space options, and inquire further about amenities and pricing.

•             During the tour you will request to see multiple offices of various sizes. 

•             Obtain photos of the building and office space. 

•             Monitor the quotes and follow ups received after location visit.

•             Obtain required screen shots, pricing quote details, and proofs of visit (business card, photos).

Fee:  $50.
