These opportunities are available on the iSecretShop platform and can be accessed from the iSecretShop smartphone app or at iSecretShop.com.

What’s Involved:
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented shoppers to complete short visits at local stores as part of our JUUL evaluation project. Each visit takes less than 10 minutes on site and works best when completed as part of a same-day route.

When to Shop:
Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 3 PM (avoid 12 PM to 1 PM when most Specialists are on lunch).
If you want to shop outside this window, please check the JUUL Specialist schedule in the attached PDF brief before heading out.

What You’ll Do:
Review the project brief and questionnaire before visiting.
Say you're a smoker (not a vaper) to receive a better coupon.
Visit the store during an active JUUL Specialist shift and interact with the Specialist.
Use the coupon to purchase up to $80 worth of JUUL products for only $15.
Keep your receipt and submit a short report with photos within 12 hours.

What You’ll Get:

Quick Reminders:
Use a unique email and phone number for each location (real or made-up is fine, as long as it’s different each time).
If staff say you already have an account, politely let them know there must be a mistake and provide a new email and phone number.
If asked to finish signup in-store, ask to complete it at home.
Be prepared to show your ID.
You must be 21 or older and live in the same state as the shop location.
