We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented shoppers to complete quick visits at local stores as part of our JUUL evaluation project. Each shop takes less than 10 minutes on site, and the more locations you complete in one day, the better! These work best as same-day routes to avoid encountering the same JUUL Specialist at multiple stores.

Each completed shop earns you one entry into a weekly drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card. Complete five or more shops in a single week and your entries double for that week.

New locations are added every week for the next 8 weeks, so there are plenty of chances to participate and win.

When to Shop:

The client’s preferred shopping window is Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 3 PM, avoiding 12 PM to 1 PM when most JUUL Specialists are on break.

Early morning, evening, and weekend visits may be allowed at some locations, but only if a JUUL Specialist is actively scheduled during those times. You must check the schedule before visiting outside the preferred hours. You can find the schedule by clicking the "Click Here" link on page 2 of the attached PDF project brief.

If you are completing a route, please be sure to review the shift schedule and avoid visiting the same JUUL Specialist more than once. If the Specialist recognizes you, we may need to decline your shop for repeat exposure.

If you need to adjust your scheduled date based on the Specialist's availability, please reach out to your scheduler before making changes.

What You’ll Do:

Review the project brief and questionnaire carefully before visiting

Say you're a smoker (not a vaper) when prompted — it results in a better coupon

Visit the store during an active JUUL Specialist shift

Allow the Specialist to approach and explain the JUUL product

Note the name of the Specialist(s), or the clerk’s name if no Specialist is on site

Use the coupon to purchase up to $80 worth of JUUL products for only $15

Keep your receipt

Submit a short report with photos and your receipt within 12 hours

What You’ll Get:

Important Reminders:

Routes should be completed on the same day.

Use a unique email address and phone number for each location (real or made-up is fine, as long as it’s different at each store).

If staff say you already have an account, politely say they must be mistaken and give a new email and phone number.

If asked to finish signup in-store, ask to complete it at home.

You can also say your phone has not been working and ask if there is another way to get a coupon.

Be prepared to show your ID.

If a JUUL Specialist is not onsite, gather as much information as you can from the clerk about when they have seen a JUUL Specialist. After waiting 10 minutes, you may leave and complete the report indicating that the Specialist was not present. You will be compensated as long as you visited at the directed time.

Shops are automatically canceled if not completed within 24 hours. If you miss your opportunity, please contact the project manager immediately to reschedule and avoid citations on your profile.

Requirements:

You must be 21 years of age or older to complete these visits. You may not travel with anyone under 21, including your own child, as the JUUL Specialist is not permitted to discuss vape products in the presence of individuals under 21.

Must live in the same state as the shop location
