We have a fun project at a Pet Store available!

For this visit, you will:

• Observe and evaluate overall customer service.

• Check the merchandising (look for empty shelves).

• Evaluate the checkout interaction with the cashier.

While owning a pet isn’t required, familiarity with pets—especially dogs or cats—will be helpful, as you will need to interact with an associate to ask a pet-related question.

Purchase Required: You will need to make a small purchase to evaluate the checkout experience. This can be any item of your choice.

Shop fee: $5 total fee

Plus, Reimbursement: Up to $10 CAD

(Reimbursement will be paid as per the payment method selected in your Tipalti account.)
