Scenario: Evaluate the customer experience at the jewelry store

Confirm you are able to portray a customer seeking to purchase a 's Rolex either for yourself, your spouse, your father, your significant other, etc. You will ask about a particular watch. This is explained in the project briefing. You are to search Rolex.com for a model that you would like to inquire about.  (This shop does NOT require an online inquiry prior to conducting the shop.)

Timing:

Evaluations are to be completed any time the store is open. Check the client's website for additional hours.

Proof of Visit:

The following photos/uploads will be required as proof of visit:
1) business card
2) upload of any brochures/literature received.
