Rhode Islanda Public Transit Needs Your Help

We are looking for people to evaluate RIPTA by conducting a mystery shopping program to assess the customer 

service, operator conduct, and vehicle conditions of their bus, FLEX and paratransit services. 

Specifically, the evaluation of the full spectrum of RIPTA’s customer services with special emphasis on 

transit services for those with disabilities.
