Service Performance Group is looking for U.S. based shoppers to complete its semi-annual evaluation of Roadside Assistance Providers. We are currently looking for shoppers as follows:

Shoppers with a newer car, generally no older than a 2022 model year, however, some brands like Hyundai or KIA have 5-year warranties that are fine. Eligible car brands for this assignment include:

We are also looking for shoppers with Roadside Assistance Plans through AARP, Cross Country Motor Club, and Drivers Elite, and Verizon/Consumer Cellular customers with Roadside coverage.

For this assignment, shoppers will request service for a lockout or for a car that will not start and will document the service and technology used in assisting the car owner. This shop can be done anywhere - even at home so long as your location is not remote.
