Room Reservation Call Audit

Complete a quick room reservation from the comfort of your home! You will complete a quick 10 minute or less phone call and book a reservation at a hotel to test the staffs professionalism and knowledge. You will use an alias name and make up a cover story for your "stay" at the hotel. At the completion of your phone call, you will be required to write up a brief report on how the call went.

Note:Your scheduler will communicate with you the week of regarding the specifics to your call.                       Your hotel booking will also get cancelled immediately following the phone call by your scheduler.
